Are you a driven technical communicator who enjoys working closely with production? We are now looking for a communicative and structured person for a consulting assignment with our client in Karlskrona. This is a unique opportunity for you to showcase your skills, as the goal is for the assignment to transition into a permanent position with the client company.

About the assignment

As a technical communicator, you play a central role in making complex technology understandable. Your main focus will be to create and update operator instructions. The work is iterative and in close collaboration with the business.

Your main responsibilities:

• Data collection: Conduct interviews with experts, photograph processes, and gather technical documentation.
• Production: Create and edit documents (text and images) in relevant templates, currently mainly in PowerPoint.
• Quality assurance: Drive the review process and ensure approval from relevant subject matter experts.
• Analysis: Develop structure and content to maximize readability and user-friendliness.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is a confident professional with experience from the industry. You have the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new technical systems and enjoy working independently with a strong personal drive.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a technical communicator within the industry.
• Very good knowledge of the Office suite.
• Good knowledge of the Machinery Directive and machine safety.
• A sense of language style, graphic flow, and pedagogical information structure.
• The ability to build good relationships and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

As a person, you are systematic, meticulous, and have a genuine interest in adapting information to the needs of the target audience.

Practical information

• Location: Karlskrona (100% on-site).
• Period: 2026-02-02 to 2026-10-05 (with a good chance of extension/permanent employment).
• Scope: Full-time.
• Requirements: A passed drug test is required before starting. Completed SSG Entré training is required.
• Equipment: You are expected to have access to a mobile phone and personal protective equipment (steel-toed shoes and safety vest).
